Welcome to Alsace Whisky. We’re two best friends from Melbourne who believe that a great whisky deserves a truly beautiful experience.

Our story began behind the bar. With a combined 25+ years in the hospitality industry, we’ve spent our careers serving countless drams. We developed a deep passion for the craft and complexity of whisky, but we always felt something was missing. The glassware we used day in, and day out just felt… bland. It didn't do justice to the spirits we were so passionate about.

We knew we wanted to make an impact. We believe the vessel you drink from is just as important as the drink itself. For us, "beautiful design" isn't just about looks—it's about enhancing the aroma, appreciating the full design, and truly elevating the moment you have with that drink in your hand.

That's why we founded Alsace Whisky.

We are 100% owned and operated by the two of us, right here in Melbourne. We don't just curate this collection; we personally pack and ship every single order ourselves. We are founded on a passion for whisky and design, and we're dedicated to helping you get the best experience possible from your favourite bottle.
